Family Aid

Many of the indigenous people of the Guatemalan Highlands live in extreme poverty. In 2008 the global economic crisis hit rural Guatemala, making it more difficult for the rural poor to meet their most basic needs. Mayan Families provides food in crisis situations and infant formula to mothers unable to nurse their babies.

The Family Aid program provides:

  • Basic Household Furniture;
  • Blankets;
  • Clothing;
